Multi-objective Optimization of Green Drilling Parameters on HcHcr Steel Using GRA-TOPSIS with PCA Method

Green CNC drilling is a machining process where deionised water, tap water and dry air are used as coolant to increase the efficiency, quality of product reduce harmful industrial waste (solid gaseous). In this research paper, GRA TOPSIS with PCA method optimized multiple response parameters green on HcHcr using HSS twist drill bit. The work considered point angle, spindle speeds, diameters feed rates input variables, while tool vibration, burr length thrust force output parameters. Initially, experimentation performed based Taguchi’s L27-OA recorded Additionally, ANOVA carried out determine influential parameter at 95% confidence level. results show that optimum conditions GRA-PCA angle 136°; speed 1800 rpm; rate 1.2 mm/rev 8 mm TOPSIS-PCA Spindle 900 0.8 mm. Further, analysis variance grey grade value (in case GRA-PCA) observed diameter highly highest 49.63% contribution. Similarly, preference TOPSIS-PCA) it found most significant 86.71% confirmatory tests obtained optimal values final gains 0.007006 0.005528 in respectably.
